WELCOME
The 2026 ICSA China Conference will be held at Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China from June 27 to June 29, 2026. The theme of this conference is “From Data to Decisions: Statistical Innovation for Complex Challenges”. The conference venue is Southern University of Science and Technology. Payment is due at the time of registering and processed within the form for registrants whose work affiliation is outside of Mainland China.

Cancellation Policy
Unless approved by the Committee, all China Conference participants must register (except for keynote speakers). A full refund for registration will be made if cancellation is requested on or before May 15th. No refund will be issued if registration is canceled after May 15th.
One Speaker/One Abstract Policy
Except in cases where the speaker is receiving an ICSA prize or award, individual speakers may not speak at more than one session. However, one can serve as a discussant in another invited session while speaking or serving as a panelist in an invited or contributed session. Each presentation abstract can be submitted only to one invited/contributed session.
Session Chairs
Session chairs, as participants, must register. If an individual is both an invited speaker in one session, and a session chair for a different session, you only need to register once, as an invited speaker for the session you are speaking in. Otherwise, if you are not an invited speaker and are only a session chair you may register as a general attendee.
Abstract Submission
Abstract submission for invited speakers and poster presenters is included as part of the registration process. When registering, please be prepared to provide your session title, author and co-author information, and payment. Invited speakers and poster presenters will also be asked to provide their abstract title and text. Panelists do not submit abstracts but must select the appropriate session to link their registration to the session in which they are participating.
First, please select “Presenter” as your registration type.
Then choose the appropriate presenter type:
Invited Speakers: Select “Invited Speaker” then select the session you are participating in and enter your abstract information.
Poster Presenters: Select “Poster Presenter” then select the session you are participating in and enter your abstract information.
Panelists: Select “Panelist” and select the session you are participating in.
Please ensure that your registration type, presenter type, and session selection are correct when registering. All registration information and abstracts must be submitted by April 30th, 2026.
